Azhartv Refund & Exchange Policy

At Azhartv, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

  • Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable") cannot be returned

Process:

  1. Email service@azhartv.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos

    • Reason for return

  2. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours

  3. Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method

  • Shipping fees non-refundable (unless our error)

2. Exchanges

We Offer:

  • Size/color exchanges (subject to availability)

  • Replacement for defective/wrong items

Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item and preferred exchange details

  3. Return shipping at customer's expense (unless our error)

  4. New item ships after we receive your return

3. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a faulty product:

  1. Email us within 48 hours at service@azhartv.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/video of damage

  3. We'll arrange:

    • Free replacement (preferred)

    • Full refund (if replacement unavailable)

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for our errors)

  • International customers: We recommend using tracked shipping

  • Allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account
