2. Exchanges
We Offer:

Size/color exchanges (subject to availability)

Replacement for defective/wrong items

Return shipping at customer's expense (unless our error)

New item ships after we receive your return
3. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a faulty product:

Free replacement (preferred)

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for our errors)
